Provides administrative, clerical, and technical support to the Network and Technical Maintenance Division by monitoring and coordinating the repair and maintenance of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) equipment. Maintains and updates records, prepares reports and related documentation, monitors service requests and maintenance schedules, and ensures the proper filing and safekeeping of repair and maintenance records. Assists in the preparation of communications, inventory records, procurement and inspection documents, and other administrative requirements to support the efficient operation and maintenance of the Division's ICT infrastructure. Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the Division Chief or authorized supervisor.
