Analyze trading strategies to identify trends, strengths, weaknesses. Translate analysis into actionable insights for traders, developers, and ops. Improve quality, accuracy, and accessibility of performance data. Identify gaps and opportunities to improve performance measurement. 🎯 Requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large, complex datasets. Practical experience with quantitative/statistical work in Python. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD tools, and SQL. Ability to communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences. Curious, proactive mindset; willing to investigate problems. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
