Consult across People functions, including HRBPs, Talent, Compensation, Operations, DEI, Learning 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of experience in management consulting or client management. Understanding of HR operations, talent processes, workforce planning, employee lifecycle data, and Ability to advise senior stakeholders and turn ambiguous questions into practical analyses. Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and comfort with ambiguity. Clear storytelling and communication for executive audiences.
