📋 Description Build and expand fiat payments by integrating providers and banks. Productize payments: e-wallet, tokenized payments, crypto-to-fiat for partners. Collaborate with Engineering and Design to optimize the payments journey and backend flows. Own operational metrics like payment conversion rates. Work with internal and external stakeholders to scale the business efficiently. Assist external clients with API integration questions and troubleshooting. 🎯 Requirements Experience in Philippine banking, fintech and payments. Degree in STEM or business/finance/economics preferred. Experience building end-to-end payment rails from frontend to settlement. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; data-driven decisions. Effective communicator; collaborate with engineering, legal, compliance, sales, partners.
