📋 Description Define and own the design vision for payment products. Establish UX/UI best practices balancing goals, users, and compliance. Lead, mentor, and grow product designers and UX researchers. Drive end-to-end design from discovery to UI specs. Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven insights. Create design systems for consistency across apps and web. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, CS, or related field. 5+ years in product design; 1+ year in leadership. Proven track record in scalable payment/fintech platforms. Strong portfolio showing UX strategy and business impact. Deep understanding of Philippine digital payments landscape and regs. Experience in agile product development; proficient in Figma/Adobe XD.
