📋 Description Take diagnostic ownership of checkout funnel health — surfacing alerts, insights, and defects Lead root-cause investigations that distinguish engineering defects from user-behavior patterns Support the funnel's reporting cadence to cross-functional teams, translating data into insights Analyze authorization-rate, decline-code, and multi-PSP performance to identify the highest-impact Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Fraud on the diagnostic work behind Develop into a trusted point of contact for payment funnel health within the team. 🎯 Requirements Payments funnel literacy: interchange, decline codes, FX, tokenization, 3DS, fraud fundamentals. Demonstrated root-cause analysis on funnel drop-off or decline patterns — technical vs. behavioral.
