We are seeking a Senior Pattern Engineer with strong hands-on pattern making expertise and digital 3D capability to lead fit accuracy and structural excellence for our intimate categories. This role is ideal for a pattern professional who understands garment physics, cup geometry, grading logic, and production realities, and is ready to leverage CLO 3D as a technical validation tool to enhance development speed and consistency. You will play a key role in shaping our brand's fit standards, pattern systems, and size expansion strategy.
