Package Specialist – PeopleSoft HR & Financials

About the role We are looking for a Package Specialist – PeopleSoft HR & Financials with hands-on experience in PeopleSoft applications to support implementation, configuration, testing, integration, and production support activities. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and technical teams to understand business requirements, configure PeopleSoft solutions, resolve application issues, and ensure HR and financial processes operate effectively. Key responsibilities Support implementation, configuration, testing, and production support of PeopleSoft applications. Analyze business requirements and translate them into appropriate PeopleSoft solutions. Work with clients to identify system issues, enhancements, and process improvements. Perform functional configuration and support across relevant PeopleSoft modules. Assist with system integration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities. Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution. Prepare and maintain functional documentation, test scripts, and configuration documents. Collaborate with technical teams on interfaces, customizations, reports, and integrations. Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives. About you 3.1–6 years of experience working with PeopleSoft applications. Strong hands-on experience in at least one or more PeopleSoft HR or Financials modules. Experience in configuration, testing, implementation, and/or production support. Good understanding of business processes related to HR or Finance. Experience working directly with clients or business users is an advantage. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup in Quezon City.
