About the role This is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) role focused on Oracle Utilities Work & Asset Cloud Services (WACS). You will collaborate and manage the team to perform, take responsibility for team decisions, and engage with multiple teams to contribute on key decisions. You will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams, coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes, and facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall capabilities. Key responsibilities Act as an SME and manage the team to perform Take responsibility for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall capabilities Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges that may arise Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize integration strategies and outcomes About you Expert proficiency in Oracle Utilities Work & Asset Cloud Services WACS Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Utilities Work & Asset Cloud Services WACS 3+ years of Oracle Utilities, ERP, SCM, Asset Management, or Inventory Management experience 5+ years of integration design experience with Oracle Utilities products (WACS, CCS, CCB, MDM, OFS) Strong understanding of OIC integration architecture Strong understanding of system integration principles and best practices Experience with designing and implementing business and technology solutions that align with client requirements Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications Familiarity with cloud-based utility management platforms and their application in enterprise environments Experience with Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter C2M SPL and Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management (good to have)
