Oracle Tech Director

About the role As an Oracle Director, you will lead the charge in utilizing and managing the Oracle suite of software and technologies to optimize operational efficiency for our clients. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to enable seamless integration and utilization of business applications. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions while overseeing multiple projects and maintaining executive-level client relations. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will drive business growth, shape the direction of client engagements, and mentor the next generation of leaders. Key responsibilities Leading strategic direction and business development efforts within Oracle technology consulting Overseeing installation, configuration, administration, and support of Oracle products and solutions Driving business growth by identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into success Shaping client engagements and maintaining executive-level client relations to maximize satisfaction Mentoring the next generation of leaders and fostering a collaborative environment Promoting technological advances and creating environments where people and technology thrive Developing new ideas, solutions, and structures to drive thought leadership Solving complex problems by exploring multiple angles and using creativity Balancing long-term, short-term, detail-oriented, and big picture thinking Making strategic choices and driving change by addressing system-level enablers About you At least a Bachelor's degree At least 14 to 20 years of experience Oral and written proficiency in English required Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains Leading strategic technology planning and business transformation initiatives Utilizing Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle BI Publisher Promoting innovation and embracing change in dynamic environments Cultivating potential in others through mentoring and coaching
