Customer-facing roles: consultant, solutions engineer, or solutions architect. Excellent problem-solving; listen to understand client problems. Strong presentation and communication; articulate to technical and exec audiences. Thorough understanding of Oracle licensing and metrics. Cloud platforms: AWS, OCI, Azure, GCP; IaaS/PaaS/SaaS.
