Key responsibilities Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and deployment of application updates Mentor team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to maintain high availability Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives About you Expert proficiency in Oracle SOA OSB Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle SOA OSB Experience with Software Engineering Strong knowledge of service-oriented architecture principles and best practices Experience in designing, developing, and deploying integration solutions using Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Service Bus Familiarity with application programming interfaces and middleware technologies to enable seamless connectivity Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and optimize system performance
