Oracle Cloud / Fusion Senior Manager – Hybrid - Up to 250K

Location: Metro Manila Work Setup: Hybrid Shift: Mid Shift Salary: Up to ₱250,000 We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud / Oracle Fusion Senior Manager to provide senior-level leadership across Oracle Cloud implementation, delivery, project/program management and client engagements. The role is open to professionals specializing in: Oracle Finance / Financials Oracle HCM – Human Capital Management Oracle SCM – Supply Chain Management Oracle Technology / Integration Key Responsibilities Lead Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud implementation and delivery engagements. Manage project/program delivery across the full implementation lifecycle. Lead requirements, solution design, implementation, integration, testing/UAT and go-live activities. Manage client relationships and high-level stakeholder engagement. Lead Oracle integrations, extensions and enhancements. Manage and develop project/team resources. Handle budgeting and forecasting, long-range planning and rolling forecasting. Monitor KPIs and management reporting. Manage profitability and cost management. Provide strong project, delivery and client leadership. Required Qualifications 9–14 years of relevant Oracle experience. Strong Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud implementation experience. Full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementation experience. Strong experience with: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Visual Builder Cloud Service / Visual Builder Studio APEX Oracle SQL / PL/SQL Oracle integrations, extensions and enhancements Oracle SOA experience is preferred. Oracle certifications are an advantage but not required. Strong leadership experience across Oracle Cloud projects and teams. Candidates with both Oracle EBS and Cloud experience are considered, provided their experience is more strongly focused on Oracle Cloud/OIC.
