Oracle Cloud / Fusion Director – Finance, HCM, SCM or Technology - Up to 400K

Location: Metro Manila Work Setup: Hybrid Shift: Mid Shift Salary: Up to ₱400,000 We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud / Oracle Fusion Director to lead large-scale Oracle Cloud engagements, project/program/portfolio delivery and senior client relationships. The role is open to professionals specializing in: Oracle Finance / Financials Oracle HCM – Human Capital Management Oracle SCM – Supply Chain Management Oracle Technology / Integration Key Responsibilities Lead Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud transformation and implementation engagements. Provide leadership across project, program and portfolio management. Lead full lifecycle implementations from requirements and solution design through implementation, data migration, system testing, UAT and go-live. Manage senior client and stakeholder relationships. Lead cross-border and/or diverse teams and engagements. Provide strong people and team management. Manage project financials, metrics and quantitative project management. Work across SaaS and PaaS delivery models. Lead Oracle Cloud integrations, extensions and enhancements. Required Qualifications 17+ years of total relevant experience. 10+ years of Project and Portfolio Management experience. At least 3 full end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations OR 10+ years of Oracle Cloud experience . Strong Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud implementation and delivery experience. Exposure across: Requirement development/definition Solution design Implementation Data migration System testing UAT Go-live Experience with SaaS and PaaS delivery models. Strong business writing and verbal communication. Strong analytical abilities, including exposure to project financials and metrics. Strong experience navigating complex, cross-border and/or diverse teams and engagements. Strong people and team management experience. Ability to initiate and lead open conversations with teams, clients and stakeholders to build trust.
