Operations & Service Transition Specialist

Ready to take ownership of the transition from technology delivery into smooth operational services? We’re looking for an experienced Operations & Service Transition Specialist to support the delivery, transition and ongoing improvement of end-user technology services. You’ll work across service transition, operational readiness, governance, documentation, reporting and BAU support, helping ensure new and changed services land successfully into operations. Working across a diverse end-user device environment, you’ll partner with technical, security, operational and vendor teams to improve processes, manage service requirements and support effective service delivery. What we’re looking for * Experience across endpoint management, service operations or service transition * Good knowledge of ITIL, ITSM practices and operational toolsets * Experience transitioning services into BAU operations * Strong operational documentation, governance and process skills * Reporting, analysis and continuous improvement capability * Understanding of security, compliance and assurance requirements * Strong stakeholder, customer and vendor management skills * Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Why this role?
