OpenStack Engineering Manager

📋 Description Lead and grow an engineering team responsible for the day-to-day managed service of customer Improve engineering quality and delivery velocity by establishing effective processes, practices Monitor and measure team health indicators, using insights to improve performance, collaboration Implement disciplined engineering and operations processes that support consistent, reliable, and Represent the team with customers, internal stakeholders, product engineering groups, and external Maintain clear focus on priorities, milestones, deliverables, and customer commitments across 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in a technology-related field. Proven professional experience in software delivery using technologies such as Python, Go, C, C++ Demonstrated professional experience working with OpenStack. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, maintainable code, and engineering quality Experience with Linux system administration; familiarity with Ubuntu or Debian is an advantage.
