📋 Description Serve as the onsite owner of the Locus robotic fleet, proactively monitoring system health, robot Proactively manage and optimize workflows to ensure throughput targets and operational KPIs are Perform onsite robot troubleshooting and repairs as needed to maintain system uptime and Conduct onsite testing, validation, and performance analysis to support product development and Support product validation efforts by providing structured feedback on system performance Compile and analyze operational data (Throughput, UPH, Lines Per Hour, utilization) to generate 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related technical 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations, robotics, automation, or technical customer-facing Familiarity with warehouse operations, including picking workflows, labor management, and Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware or software systems, or strong technical aptitude with Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into operational Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, particularly in early-stage 🎁 Benefits Base salary range of $50K to $90K annually Bonus and equity
