About the role

About the Role We're seeking an organized and reliable Office Staff member to join a construction office on a temp-to-hire basis. This role supports day-to-day office operations, communication, and administrative functions. Construction industry knowledge is a plus, along with familiarity with AIA billing, BuildingConnected, and Procore. What You'll Do Support front desk operations and general office communication Assist with scheduling and coordination across teams and projects Perform clerical duties and maintain accurate records Support overall office management and day-to-day administrative needs Assist with AIA progress billing documentation, as applicable Support project bidding and management using BuildingConnected and Procore, as applicable Perform other office duties as assigned What We're Looking For Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable in a front-desk/administrative support role Construction industry knowledge a plus Experience with AIA billing a plus Familiarity with BuildingConnected a plus Familiarity with Procore a plus Reliable attendance and professional demeanor IND2
