📋 Description Diagnose and resolve complex network and customer issues using monitoring tools. Perform remote troubleshooting sessions to resolve network issues. Plan, implement and manage network changes per Halcyon Labs Engineering and suppliers. Provide advanced technical solutions and timely resolution of escalated tickets and alerts. Identify recurring issues and contribute to root cause analysis and preventive solutions. Escalate cases to Level 3 engineering with smooth handover. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in IT, Networking, or related field. 5+ years in network support or infrastructure (ISP, cloud or data center). CCNA or JNCIA certification (or equivalent) required. Proficiency with MPLS, OSPF, BGP, and other routing protocols. Understanding IP configurations, VLANs, MAC management, switching, routing. Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, OpenGear.
