Network Management Platform Delivery - Radio Access Networks (RAN)

About the role NTT DATA is seeking a Technical Lead with deep experience in Network Platforms or Operations Support Systems (OSS), together with knowledge of Radio Access Networks (RAN) or RAN management systems architecture. You will guide technical delivery, support customer relationships, coordinate projects, and help teams deliver reliable solutions. As Technical Lead, you will help turn customer needs into practical technical solutions aligned with the scope, guide implementation teams, and manage technical risks throughout the delivery lifecycle. What you’ll do Lead the technical delivery of the Network Management solutions implementation. Translate customer and business requirements into clear technical approaches. Contribute to solution architecture, integration planning, deployment, and technical validation. Provide technical guidance on RAN management systems. Manage customer relationships, expectations, technical discussions, and delivery priorities. Plan and coordinate project activities, dependencies, risks, and milestones. Lead, support, and develop multidisciplinary teams while fostering an inclusive and collaborative working environment. Review technical designs and implementation outputs for quality, feasibility, and alignment with requirements. Coordinate troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex technical issues. Communicate technical decisions and project status clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Promote knowledge sharing, effective documentation, and continuous improvement. Required qualifications At least 7 years of professional experience in Network Platform deployments or OSS solution implementations. Demonstrated technical expertise in Network Platforms, OSS solutions, or a closely related telecommunications domain. Proven knowledge of Radio Access Networks or RAN management system architecture. Experience managing customer relationships and facilitating customer-facing technical discussions. Project management skills and experience coordinating technical delivery. Experience leading teams and contributing to team development and team building. Preferred qualifications Experience working in consulting or customer advisory environments. Familiarity with software development processes and delivery lifecycles. Experience designing or deploying infrastructure architectures. Experience with Red Hat OpenShift or similar container orchestration platforms. Knowledge of O-RAN architecture, protocols, and components. Experience leading or coordinating international and geographically distributed teams. Team and collaboration context You will work with customer stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams across technical, delivery, and business functions.
