Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities Network Management Design, implement, and manage network configurations to ensure connectivity and data integrity. Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize network infrastructure for maximum efficiency. Security and Compliance Implement security measures to safeguard systems and data against unauthorized access, attacks, and breaches. Stay updated with security best practices and industry standards to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. System Monitoring and Maintenance Develop and implement system monitoring protocols to proactively identify and resolve issues. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backups, updates, and patches, to ensure system reliability and security. Collaboration and Documentation Collaborate with software developers and other IT professionals to integrate systems and resolve issues. Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures. Troubleshooting and Support Respond to system-related issues, diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions promptly. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff as required. Performance Optimization Analyze system performance data, identify bottlenecks, and optimize system components for better efficiency. Recommend upgrades and enhancements to improve system performance and user experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience in system engineering, network design, and implementation. Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux), virtualization technologies, and network protocols. Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network security principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
