.Net/AI Developer - SANTA ROSA, LAGUNA (P2P Available) Build the future of software with AI. Leverage cutting-edge tools like Claude Code and OpenAI Codex to develop intelligent solutions, accelerate innovation, and deliver real business impact while staying at the forefront of AI-powered development. Job Responsibilities Develop features using AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code and OpenAI Codex while ensuring clean, maintainable, and high-quality code. Create and maintain prompts, repository context/rules files, and task breakdowns that support AI-driven development. Review, validate, optimize, and refactor AI-generated code to ensure correctness, performance, security, and maintainability. Manage source control, branching strategies, and project documentation. Conduct unit testing, including AI-assisted test generation, and support SIT and UAT activities. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues while supporting deployment and rollback processes. Participate in system design discussions and ensure compliance with enterprise AI security and governance standards. Provide on-call support for production and operational issues when required. Update and manage assigned tasks in Azure DevOps. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience, including hands-on use of AI coding assistants in real-world projects. Practical experience with AI development tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of prompt engineering, context engineering, and AI-assisted development workflows. Proven ability to review, validate, and enhance AI-generated code while maintaining accountability for code quality. Proficiency in C# , .NET Core MVC , web development technologies, and Microsoft SQL Server . Experience with Visual Studio , VS Code , Git , and Azure DevOps (or similar tools). Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, automated testing, and AI-assisted code review practices. Knowledge of secure and responsible AI usage, including data privacy, source code confidentiality, and enterprise AI governance. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills.
