Salary: $106,000 - 120,000 per year Requirements: We seek a candidate with 6+ years of overall IT and software engineering experience. We require 4+ years of experience designing and building API-driven services, including RESTful APIs and microservice-based solutions. We require strong experience with cloud-native application architecture and platform-based deployments. We expect demonstrated expertise in distributed system design patterns, including scalability, resiliency, and fault tolerance. We require proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including modern standards such as HTML5 and CSS3, plus strong experience with .NET Framework 4+ and/or .NET Core. We require experience with at least one modern, globally supported front-end framework, such as React. We expect the ability to develop UI components and backend APIs that interact with databases. We require a strong understanding of user experience optimization and responsive design principles. We require hands-on experience implementing automated testing frameworks, including unit, functional, regression, and user-acceptance testing. We expect proficiency with Git and modern source-control workflows, along with collaborative development methodologies. We require experience with enterprise automation and orchestration platforms, such as BMC TrueSight Orchestrator or equivalent tools. We require a strong background in database schema design, performance tuning, and optimization. We expect working knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL processes, including familiarity with related tools and workflows. We require a solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration, including authentication, error handling, and versioning. We expect a commitment to clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that follows industry best practices. We value experience with Python, automated testing tools such as TOSCA, JIRA, and enterprise databases such as MSSQL, Oracle, and MongoDB. We value hands-on experience with functional and regression testing tools, particularly TOSCA. Responsibilities: We build and maintain responsive, user-centered web interfaces and develop scalable backend services that integrate reliably with enterprise platforms. We design, implement, and integrate APIs across distributed systems. We translate high-level business and platform requirements into actionable technical designs and deliver robust, maintainable solutions. We collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to architecture discussions, and uphold engineering best practices. We create unit and functional test cases and support automated testing to promote quality, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
