📋 Description Deliver engaging remote instruction aligned with NCCER Ironworking curriculum, standards, and Teach foundational and advanced topics including structural steel, reinforcing steel, rigging Translate practical ironworking techniques and industry knowledge into clear, accessible Prepare students for NCCER assessments and support them in meeting relevant credentialing Monitor and document student participation, progress, coursework completion, and training outcomes. Answer student questions and provide individualized coaching, clarification, and additional 🎯 Requirements Current or previous NCCER Instructor Certification is strongly preferred. Professional experience as an Ironworker, Ironworker Foreman, Superintendent, Trainer, or in a Strong practical knowledge of structural ironworking, reinforcing steel, rigging, tools, equipment Previous experience training, mentoring, coaching, or instructing workers or apprentices is Ability to deliver effective instruction in a fully remote environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and hands-on 🎁 Benefits $50.00 per hour compensation. Flexible, part-time schedule of up to 15 hours per week.
