Murex Technical Business Analyst / Consultant Location: Warsaw (Hybrid: 1 day in the office / 4 days remote) Contract Type: B2B via Experis Start Date: ASAP / within 1 month / 30 Days About the Role We are seeking an experienced professional to support the development and implementation of new modules and functionalities within the Murex system , with a focus on technical system management. This role involves close collaboration with IT teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities Analyze and optimize business processes Identify opportunities for improvements and automation Gather and analyze business and system requirements Translate business needs into IT and process solutions Communicate effectively with stakeholders Support solution design and architecture Participate in the full software development lifecycle (design, development, testing, implementation) Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities Prioritize requirements based on business goals Cooperate with internal IT teams, business units, and external providers Requirements Strong background in business and system analysis Ability to identify business objectives, challenges, and improvement areas Experience in requirements gathering (workshops, interviews, surveys) Ability to map business needs to IT or process solutions Experience with Murex (preferred) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working in complex IT environments What We Offer Private healthcare (Medicover) Multisport card Access to e-learning platforms Group life insurance Flexible start date Hybrid work model
