MS Teams Deployment Engineer needs 6+ years solution engineering experience MS Teams Deployment Engineer requires: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). MS Teams - Engineer who knows the ins and outs of meeting rooms Proven experience in deploying and managing Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) in a large enterprise environment. Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and audiovisual conferencing technologies. Experience/knowledge working with Android, Windows, Intune, and MDM (mobile device management) Agile Audio Visual experience Certification in Microsoft Teams or related areas is a plus (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate). Proficiency in network troubleshooting, endpoint management, and IT security Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. MS Teams Deployment Engineer duties: Maintain comprehensive documentation of MTR configurations, settings, and user guides. Generate regular reports on system performance, utilization, and user feedback for continuous improvement. Lead and participate in MTR deployment projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
