MS Dynamics 365 Sales & Purchases Stream Leader

Location: Remote work (Poland) + business travel (details below) Availability: ASAP / within 1 month Contract Type: B2B via Experis About the Role We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Sales & Purchases Stream Leader to join a global ERP transformation program rolling out a standardized D365 F&O core model across 23 countries. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for managing the Sales & Purchases functional stream, leading a team of consultants, and supporting deployments across South America, Europe, and Asia. You will work closely with business stakeholders, local teams, and cross-functional workstreams to ensure successful adoption of the global core model. Responsibilities Lead and manage the Sales & Purchases functional stream throughout the D365 F&O deployment program Assess and validate the functional expertise of consultants before onboarding Coordinate, mentor, and support a team of Sales & Purchases functional consultants Drive end-to-end project activities including fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live support Ensure alignment between Sales & Purchases and related streams such as Finance, Manufacturing, Data Migration, and Development Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams, providing guidance and managing expectations Review and ensure the quality of functional deliverables, including solution designs, configurations, and test scenarios Identify project risks, define mitigation plans, and support decision-making processes Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities for business users and key stakeholders Support the successful adoption of the global core model across multiple countries and regions Requirements Minimum 7 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Sales and Purchase modules Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience within Sales (Order-to-Cash) and Purchase (Source-to-Pay) processes Strong knowledge of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, including customer master data, sales order management, fulfillment, billing, pricing, discounts, credit management, and invoicing compliance Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay processes, including requisitioning, purchase orders, invoice processing, payment execution, approval workflows, procurement controls, and vendor collaboration Experience working with integrations and interfaces, including APIs, EDI, middleware solutions, data mapping, and interface validation Minimum 10 years of experience in international ERP rollouts and core model deployment programs Minimum 8 years of experience in data migration activities, including ETL processes and data reconciliation Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and scalable solutions Experience leading functional teams within large transformation programs Fluent English communication skills Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving abilities Autonomous, proactive, structured, and detail-oriented approach to work Nice to Have Experience working in complex global deployment programs across multiple countries and regions Experience facilitating workshops and training sessions for senior stakeholders Strong understanding of cross-functional business processes and ERP integrations Travel Requirements Willingness to travel across South America, Europe, and Asia for Site Readiness Assessments (SRA), Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions, training activities, go-live support, and hypercare phases All travel costs related to the project are covered Our Offer Multisport card Private healthcare (Medicover) Access to an e learning platform Group life insurance
