Motion Graphics Designer

We are seeking a Motion Graphics Designer to create engaging animated content and visual experiences across multiple digital platforms. The role combines creativity, storytelling, and technical expertise to deliver impactful brand communications for global audiences. You will manage the full creative production process, from concept development and storyboarding to final delivery. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with creative teams, clients, and designers on diverse projects across digital, social, and retail channels. Accountabilities: The Motion Graphics Designer will be responsible for developing high-quality animated and static content, managing creative projects from idea to execution, and collaborating with internal teams and clients to deliver effective visual communications. Design and produce animated and static assets for multiple platforms, including social media, digital channels, in-store experiences, and digital outdoor advertising. Manage the complete production workflow, including briefing, concept creation, storyboarding, animation, editing, and final delivery. Develop creative concepts while also adapting existing assets, stock imagery, and brand materials into relevant content. Create engaging 2D animations, including typography, transitions, characters, objects, and motion-based storytelling. Perform occasional photo retouching and image manipulation when required. Present and communicate creative ideas clearly to clients and internal stakeholders. Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, Project Managers, and brand teams. Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines, technical requirements, and quality standards. Prepare final files according to platform specifications and complete required production checks. Stay updated on design trends, social media formats, emerging technologies, and pop culture influences. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail. Contribute ideas and best practices to improve creative processes and team collaboration. Requirements: The ideal candidate should have strong experience in motion design, animation, and digital content creation, with the ability to combine creativity, technical expertise, and collaboration skills in a dynamic environment. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar motion design or creative production role. Fluent spoken English with strong written communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects and Premiere Pro. Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling abilities. Solid expertise in 2D animation techniques and motion graphics principles. Experience creating content for social media platforms and digital campaigns. Strong creative sensibility with an interest in design trends, digital innovation, and pop culture. Ability to work collaboratively within creative teams while also managing independent projects. Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and work directly with clients. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality creative work. Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different formats. Experience preparing production-ready files and managing technical requirements for various platforms. Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working with changing priorities.
