📋 Description Design strategies to achieve project goals, monitor progress, ensure effective MEL implementation Coordinate quarterly MEL data and produce reports for project and U.S. Department of Labor Lead data collection, verification, management, and analysis Facilitate learning and adaptive management, coordinate workshops and training Capture lessons learned and produce knowledge products Maintain project MIS data collection systems 🎯 Requirements Master’s degree in a social science discipline (statistics, public policy, economics) or Minimum 5 years’ experience managing complex MEL systems for international development projects Experience with U.S. Government-funded projects Experience managing M&E databases, conducting data analysis and reporting Experience in quantitative and qualitative data collection/analysis, designing surveys and data Experience collaborating with partners and stakeholders
