Mobile Engineer - Android & Flutter

Salary: $90,000 - 135,000 per year Requirements: At least 4 years of professional Android development experience; the posting also lists 5–7 years of relevant work experience. Strong proficiency in Kotlin. Hands-on experience with Spec-Driven Development (SDD) or backend-JSON-schema-driven UI frameworks. Experience integrating RESTful APIs and managing complex client-side state. Familiarity with MVVM, Clean Architecture, or similar patterns. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively. Preferred: professional experience or deep familiarity with Flutter and Dart. Collaborate with product, backend, and device teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Contribute to app architecture, design discussions, and technical decisions. Write clean, maintainable Kotlin code with modern Android frameworks, using cross-platform frameworks where appropriate. Implement and extend dynamic, Spec-Driven Development rendering frameworks for backend-driven mobile interfaces. Improve app performance, reliability, and user experience across hardware and software integration layers. Debug and resolve complex production and connectivity issues. Participate in code reviews and foster continuous improvement.
