Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and QC teams to analyze and understand business requirements. Your Skills and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 3 - 5 years of experience working with WinForm development. Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software development principles. Experience working with SQL Server or other relational databases. Knowledge of multithreading, event-driven programming, and user interface design principles. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. English reading/writing skills (basic communication is a plus). Nice to have: Experience with WPF, .NET Core, or migrating from WinForms to modern platforms. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment. Knowledge of DevExpress or other UI libraries is a plus.
