Middle DevOps (Remote, LATAM Time Zone)

Meridian Softworks is a global crypto ecosystem with products in mining, payments, custody, and B2B infrastructure. We're looking for a Middle DevOps Engineer to join our team and help support and evolve infrastructure for a hardware-focused product environment with a strong backend and data layer. Responsibilities: Maintain and improve infrastructure across bare-metal and distributed environments Automate provisioning and configuration with Ansible and related tools Support CI pipelines and improve delivery processes Work with Docker-based environments and service orchestration Support and operate services built around PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis, etcd, and Kafka Build and improve monitoring, logging, and alerting for production services Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, and reliability improvements Collaborate with developers to make services easier to deploy, support, and scale Requirements: 3+ years in DevOps, Infrastructure, or similar roles Strong Linux skills Hands-on experience with Ansible and good working knowledge of Docker Practical experience supporting services that use PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis, etcd, and Kafka Understanding of CI and delivery automation Experience with monitoring and logging systems Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing Basic scripting skills in Bash or Python Ability to work independently and support developers in a fast-moving environment Fluent Russian and English at B2 level or higher Experience in fintech or crypto projects is a strong plus Technologies we use: Multi-cloud providers, bare metal Terraform, Terragrunt, Ansible GitLab, GitLab CI Docker / Compose PostgreSQL, ClickHouse Redis, etcd Kafka Prometheus-Grafana stack, Consul Elasticsearch, Loki What we offer: Remote-first company - work from anywhere in the world Fully flexible working hours Extended time off: 20 paid vacation days + 12 bonus days per year 100% paid sick leave Paid English lessons (iTalki) Professional growth support (courses, certifications, training programs) Real impact and ownership in fintech & crypto projects Corporate benefits: Meridian Softworks product discounts and mining infrastructure access Originally posted on Himalayas
