Knowledge of project management is an advantage. Experience mentoring junior BAs or reviewing their documentation. Actively uses AI tools in daily work and can share specific examples of how AI has improved their efficiency. Prefer to has: Has hands-on experience with vibe coding - using AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) to independently build simple scripts or prototypes.
