Technical Training Session The Job We are seeking an experienced Middle and Senior Java Developer to join our development team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications while collaborating with multiple stakeholders and mentoring junior team members. SENIOR Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Java and JSP. Develop and optimize complex Oracle SQL queries, PL/SQL objects, and database performance. Analyze business requirements and propose technical solutions. Collaborate with business users, project teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Review code and provide technical guidance to team members. Identify and resolve system performance and application issues. Drive continuous improvement in development processes and technical standards. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with system integration and enterprise application development. Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and DevOps practices. Logistics or supply chain experience. MIDDLE Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain business applications. Develop and maintain web applications using Java and JSP technologies. Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects in Oracle. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand and implement business requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues. Participate in code reviews and contribute to system improvements. Continuously learn new technologies and best practices. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Git, Maven, or similar development tools. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Logistics or supply chain experience. Your Skills and Experience Requirements Technical Skills 3 -7+ years of experience in Java application development. Experience with Java and JSP. Strong knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL. Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and web development fundamentals. Experience with AWS and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. Experience in the Logistics or Supply Chain domain is an advantage.
