Top 3 Reasons To Join Us Mức lương hấp dẫn, cạnh tranh, phù hợp năng lực Hưởng 100% lương trong thời gian thử việc Văn phòng và trang thiết bị hiện đại The Job - Design, develop, and optimize AI Chat Agents (chatbots, voicebots, virtual assistants) powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). - Design conversational flows, prompt strategies, and agent orchestration logic. - Build and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and integrate internal knowledge sources. - Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT) to collect, process, and transform structured and unstructured data for AI applications. - Develop and optimize data models, data warehouses, and vector databases to support AI agents and analytics. - Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and availability across data pipelines and storage systems. - Implement APIs and integrate AI agents into internal and external systems. - Monitor agent performance (accuracy, latency, hallucinations) and continuously improve models and data pipelines. - Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to define requirements and deliver end-to-end AI solutions. - Propose corrective and preventive actions and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and user experience. Your Skills and Experience 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML , including work with LLMs and SLMs . Experience building conversational AI systems using LLMs , embeddings, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma), and RAG pipelines. Solid understanding of NLP , transformers, prompting strategies, and model evaluation. Experience with API integration, microservices, and deploying ML systems to cloud platforms. Familiarity with agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or similar).
