We are looking for independent and technologically advanced mobile developers who will help us develop a beautiful Application for the Direct to Consumer market available for Android and iOS. What you'll do Build and maintain features in the Kitopi Flutter apps across iOS and Android Integrate with our internal APIs and third-party SDKs Contribute to our shared Kitopi Mobile UI Library Write and maintain automated tests; partner with QA on release readiness Own and contribute to iOS releases — from build configuration through App Store submission Take part in code reviews, refinements, and technical discussions across the team What we're looking for Must have 3+ years of professional mobile development experience Solid commercial experience with Flutter / Dart in production apps Hands-on experience releasing iOS and Android apps to the Store provisioning profiles, certificates, code signing, App Store Connect, TestFlight, handling review feedback and rejections Comfort with at least one native platform (iOS or Android) understanding of platform conventions, build/release flows, and native debugging when Flutter hits its limits Experience integrating REST APIs, handling auth flows, and working with async state management (Bloc, Provider, we don't dogmatise, but you should have opinions) Familiarity with mobile CI/CD Fluent Polish and fluent English speaker Nice to have Experience with React / Next.js — we have a small web surface, where a mobile engineer comfortable on the frontend can genuinely move the needle Payments domain experience Experience with Firebase (Firestore, Remote Config, Storage, Cloud Messaging) Exposure to observability tooling: Dynatrace, or similar Experience with Fastlane or similar release automation Joining Kitopi and working with us means: Working in the Tech Hub located in Kraków, Poland, you will be instrumental in elevating our software solutions to a whole new level of experience and reliability. We thrive on close collaboration and catching up in person! We have a hybrid work policy, minimum of 2 days from the office in Kraków. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Kraków, we're not able to consider fully remote or out-of-city applicants for this role.
