Your Role As a Mid Frontend Developer, you’ll design and implement modern web applications using React. You’ll work closely with backend developers and designers, translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect UI, and help maintain and evolve existing products. Responsibilities Design and implement modern web applications using React Build responsive, pixel-perfect UI based on Figma designs Integrate frontend applications with REST / GraphQL APIs Implement authentication and authorization flows Maintain and optimize existing frontend codebases Diagnose performance and rendering issues Collaborate with system architects, backend developers, and other stakeholders Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability Requirements This role requires full-time onsite work (no remote or hybrid options). Candidates must be willing and able to work from our office near the Plac Wilsona metro station 2–4 years of commercial experience with modern React Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript Very good understanding of HTML5 and CSS3 Practical experience with TailwindCSS Experience with common state management patterns Good understanding of frontend security basics Basic experience with testing React components Familiarity with Git and standard development workflows Basic understanding of Docker Ability to use AI tools as part of the development workflow English at B2+ level with good communication skills Nice to Have Internationalization ( i18n ) E2E tests CI/CD pipelines Accessibility standards ( WCAG ) Experience with Next.js Storybook Rates (B2B) 80–110 PLN / hour Recruitment Process Intro call (30 min) Technical interview or short task Final fit & project discussion Offer
