About the role The Technology Partner Advisor is a senior consultative presales role supporting Tier-1 technology partnerships across FPT Software's Oversea Branches. The role focuses on early-stage deal shaping, executive envisioning, and joint partner value creation to accelerate partner-influenced and partner-sourced revenue. Key responsibilities Support strategic presales and consultative deal shaping with Tier-1 partners and local oversea branches sales team Lead executive-level solution envisioning and transformation workshops Translate business objectives into high-level solution roadmaps and value cases Act as a forward-deployed advisor to Oversea Branch sales and presales teams Support joint solution definition and partner GTM initiatives Contribute to partner governance, QBRs, and Joint Business Plans Coach and enable regional teams on partner GTM and plays About you 5+ years in presales, technology advisory, or solution consulting roles Experience working with Tier-1 technology partners (cloud, AI, data, platforms) Strong consultative selling and executive communication skills Solid understanding of enterprise architecture and digital transformation Experience working in global or matrix organizations Background in strategy consulting or ecosystem partnerships (preferred) Experience supporting large, complex enterprise deals (preferred) Exposure to AI-first, data-platform, or industry transformation initiatives (preferred) Trusted advisor mindset Strong collaboration and influence skills
