Microsoft NAV / Business Central Systems Analyst

Salary: $90,000 - 100,000 per year Requirements: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ERP Experience in manufacturing environments A consultative communication style and ability to explain technical concepts in accessible terms Hands-on experience with Microsoft NAV / Business Central, data analysis, reporting, and Power BI development Experience supporting network systems, IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Azure, and ERP environments is highly desirable Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to improvement Excellent communication skills Responsibilities: Serve as our subject matter expert for Microsoft NAV / Business Central, helping ensure the system operates efficiently, securely, and effectively Work with stakeholders across departments to analyze business requirements, configure enhancements, support integrations, and maintain data integrity Identify opportunities to improve operational processes through technology Lead reporting and analytics initiatives by extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to support strategic decisions Collaborate with business leaders to establish key performance indicators and reporting requirements Promote effective data visualization and analytics practices Contribute to training and the ongoing development of our ERP system Technologies: Azure ERP Support Microsoft 365 Network Power BI Office 365 Cloud More: We are recruiting an ERP Systems Analyst to join the technology team of a well-established, growing manufacturing organization.
