Microsoft Business Applications & AI Engineer

Start Date: ASAP / Within 1 Month / Flexible Work Model: hybrid - 2 days per week from the office - Gdańsk/Poznań/Wroclaw Contract Type: 17 000 – 22 000 PLN brutto / Employment contract We are looking for a Microsoft Business Applications & AI Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering innovative business solutions built on the Microsoft ecosystem. In this role, you will combine expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure services, and AI technologies to design, develop, and enhance enterprise-grade solutions Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions within Agile project teams. Develop and extend platform capabilities through custom C# plugins, PCF controls, JavaScript/TypeScript components, and custom connectors. Design and implement AI-driven experiences using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure OpenAI, and Microsoft Foundry technologies. Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365, ERP, CPQ, telephony platforms, and other enterprise SaaS applications. Drive CI/CD, DevSecOps, and release management practices using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions. Expectations: Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (Customer Service, Contact Center, Sales) and Power Platform services including Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages. Development skills in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, with working knowledge of PowerShell, Bash, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Bicep, ARM, or Terraform. Experience with Azure Integration Services including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management. Familiarity with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure OpenAI, or other AI solutions integrated into business processes and workflows.
