About the Role We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer with strong expertise in building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js , along with a solid understanding of application architecture, REST APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and modern software development practices. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain end-to-end web applications using the MERN stack . Build responsive and reusable frontend components using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 . Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and Express.js . Design and work with MongoDB databases, including schemas, queries, indexing, and performance optimization. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services. Participate in application architecture, technical design, and solution discussions. Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-tested code. Troubleshoot application issues and optimize frontend and backend performance. Implement authentication, authorization, security, and error-handling mechanisms. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and engineering best practices.
