BAND 5 – MENTAL HEALTH NURSE Job Title: Mental Health Nurse Banding: Band 5 Location: Camden Working Hours: Full-time/Part-time Rate: £20.00 – £30.13 per hour Are you a skilled Band 5 Mental Health Nurse looking for a new opportunity? Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and assess patients’ conditions, reporting any changes to the medical team. Assist with gastric tube insertion and feeding. Utilize restraint and head hold techniques when necessary. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Minimum of 6 months experience in a relevant setting (within the last 12 to 18 months). PMVA or MAPA certificate. Proficient in restraint and head hold techniques.
