Establish engineering culture as the team grows. 🎯 Requirements Deep understanding of evaluations, RL, LLMs, and Agents. Ability to read papers and stay current with SOTA literature. Founder mentality; resourceful and scrappy. Creative problem solver to design projects from the ground up. Proficient with coding agents like Codex or Claude Code.
