Develop services and AI tools to monitor and protect Keystone AI's fleet.
📋 Description Leading investigations and engineering solutions for emergent issues. Acquire broad and deep understanding of Keystone AI's software stack. Developing services and AI tools to diagnose and protect our growing fleet. Designing next generation analytics to monitor fleet health and anticipate problems. Representing customers when presenting complex product issues with engineering peers. Participating in on-call rotation to respond to outages worldwide and improve uptime. 🎯 Requirements Natural curiosity and strong troubleshooting skills. Ability to analyze complex systems and explain simply. SRE experience with large production environments. Clear and respectful written and spoken communication. 6 months to 1 year relevant work experience.
