About the role
Monitor trading activities and develop models to detect market abuse.
📋 Description Monitor on-chain and off-chain trading to detect and prevent market abuse. Develop statistical models and heuristics to identify anomalous behavior. Investigate flagged transactions, tracing funds and cross-platform activity. Design real-time dashboards and reports on market health for governance. Collaborate with engineering to integrate surveillance tools and automate detections. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years in financial surveillance or data science in HFT/exchange. Proficient in Python, SQL, and data visualization (Dune Analytics, Tableau, Grafana). Strong knowledge of market manipulation schemes and digital asset regulation. Experience with blockchain analytics platforms (Chainalysis, Elliptic, Solidus Labs) a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Math/CS or related quantitative field.
