Manual Tester (Mid to Senior Level)

Duties and Responsibilities: Developing detailed test plans and test cases to cover all functional and non-functional requirements Executing manual tests across various platforms and environments Identifying, documenting, and reporting defects in a timely manner Collaborating with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues Providing feedback and recommendations for improving the testing process and software quality Staying up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies and tools Report testing progress and highlight issues or risks to the Test Manager Qualifications: At least 3-6 years of experience as a Manual Tester. Proficient in manual testing methodologies, test case design, and defect management. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex issues. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and processes. Must be willing to work on a full onsite work arrangement.
