Manager - Transaction Services Data Analytics

📋 Description Provide data-driven insights for transactions in private equity and corporate clients. Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and deliver recommendations for due diligence and exit Translate data into clear insights for clients and internal teams. Ensure data reconciles to core financial statements or metrics. Lead data-driven discussions and advise on transaction models. Deliver analytics throughout the deal lifecycle and support decision-making. 🎯 Requirements CPA and/or audit experience preferred but not required. Minimum 5 years in financial due diligence and data analytics. Minimum 2 years in QOE, working capital, and cash flows. 2+ years with tools: D3.js/Tableau/PowerBI/Spotfire; Hadoop/SQL/Alteryx; SAS/Azure; SPSS/Minitab Strong client relationship skills and business acumen.
