Manager, Strategy & Analytics – Business Trends & Sourcing Operation

📋 Description Monitor marketplace, customer, supplier, and industry trends to identify opportunities, risks, and priorities Develop executive dashboards and recurring reviews showing marketplace health, financials, and metrics Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover growth opportunities, bottlenecks, and drivers Support annual planning, quarterly reviews, and strategic initiatives through data-driven insights Analyze sourcing performance across supplier engagement, capacity, lead time, quote response, and fulfillment Build analytical frameworks to monitor supplier health and improve sourcing efficiency, supplier utilization, and gross margin 🎯 Requirements 5–8+ years in strategy, analytics, or related roles SQL proficiency; experience with Python, Excel, Tableau, Looker, Power BI Strong analytical skills; structure ambiguous problems Experience building financial models, business cases, dashboards KPI development, performance measurement, and trend analysis Cross-functional work with Product, Finance, Ops; strong communication 🎁 Benefits 401(k) match; medical, dental, vision Life and disability insurance; generous PTO Maternity/paternity, sick leave, holidays EAP and wellbeing resources
