Manager, Stage Materials & Processes Engineering

📋 Description Lead and develop the Stage Materials & Processes Engineering team for Terran R stages. Collaborate with Vehicle Engineering, Materials Lab, Weld Development, NDE, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain. Drive dispositions, risk mitigation, and root-cause actions to stay on track. Set the bar for leadership and technical excellence across the team. Support annual operating plan and organizational activities (budget, headcount, staffing).
