Oversee SDLC and guide architecture of distributed services. Improve engineering practices: CI/CD, IaC, automated testing. Collaborate with product, operations, and other teams; clear communication. Guided legacy apps to modern cloud/microservices with security focus. Drive process improvements and organizational change in engineering.
